My Limited Edition Prints are shipped unmounted rolled in a protective tube. Orders will be delivered using a tracked or signed-for service such as UPS or an equivalent provider. Tracking updates will be provided as your package makes its journey.

NEW Customs Rules For Import Of Items To USA 

Effective August 29, 2025, the 'de minimis' exemption for low-value shipments (under $800 USD) to the U.S. has been suspended, meaning all U.S. imports, regardless of value, origin, or entry mode, will be subject to applicable U.S. duties and taxes that may be charged to the receiver of the goods on collection. 

Please note: You will be contacted by customs to pay the shipment fee on collection. I always add the customer email address and telephone number to my packaging, to make the process as smooth as possible. It is the customers responsibility to respond to messages, emails or calls from customs once the item reaches the USA. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to  sender, or in worst cases destroyed. 

Open-Edition Giclée Prints


My open edition prints are produced and delivered directly to you by the reputable printing service The Printspace . Shipping is available to the following regions: UK, EU, EEA, Germany, and the USA. Customers in these locations will not be charged customs fees upon delivery.

Due to complex customs regulations and ever increasing costs, I am currently unable to ship these prints to other international locations.

 

Original Paintings


Original paintings purchased online via my subscriber list will be shipped using a fully tracked service such as UPS or a similar provider. To ensure safe delivery, paintings are hand packed in a bespoke box and shipped unframed without glass. For enquiries, please contact me directly at hello@chriscyprus.com

Delivery Timescales
I aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days. As a small business, I appreciate your patience and strive to send orders promptly.

  • Customers outside the UK can expect delivery within approximately 10 working days, depending on location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and your location. I strive to keep delivery costs reasonable while ensuring reliable service.

Reporting Damage in Transit:
In rare cases, items may sustain damage during shipping. If this occurs, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Before signing for a package, inspect the outer box and note any visible damage with the carrier.

  • You will need to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
